How to Make a Booking

To make a booking please note the following steps:-

1. Contact us via telephone or e-mail at chocolat-e-clougher@hotmail.co.uk to check whether your date is available.  We will need to have a realistic gestimate of numbers attending and choice of venue, thus enabling us to provide the right size package for your event.
   
2. Should your date be available and all package details agreed, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.  At this point, we will hold this date provisionally for 7 days whilst you make your payment. 
   
3. Two weeks prior to the event the balance of the package will be due for settlement.
   
4. All you and your guests need to do at this stage is enjoy your day and eat as much as you can!!
